You can customize keyboard shortcuts, used in AnyLexic to make your translation process more effective and easier. AnyLexic has the following short keys:
Show/hide program – used for opening and closing AnyLexic main window.
Quick search – this shortcut is used to search the currently selected term in AnyLexic database.
To customize Hot Keys:
| 1. | Click menu Settings >General. |
| 2. | Keyboard shortcut sequences can be configured on the Hot Keys tab of General settings window. Select check boxes to enable the combinations for actions you need and assign key combinations using drop-down lists. |
| • | Show/Hide program – show or hide AnyLexic application at any time. |
| • | Quick Search – quick search of the currently selected term in AnyLexic database. |
Note: If the selected hot key is already used by another program, you will be warned about this.
To reset all the Hot Keys to default value, click Default button.
Note: Make sure that AnyLexic is running before you use keyboard shortcuts.
